Coloma MyWay Wrestling Club
The Coloma Myway wrestling Club was formed in the early 1990's to introduce young people to the sport of wrestling. The club is a non profit organization staffed and run by volunteers from the community. Many of the club members have gone on to fine careers as high school wrestlers. The club does conduct fund raising activities and has used the money to provide equipment that is shared by the club and by school groups. Club president, Jason Spaulding, presented a check to athletic director, Ken Schmaltz, and wrestling coach, Tim Ishmael, at the December 2009 school board meeting. The funds will be used to purchase a new wrestling mat.
