Items that should be reported are repairs or issues related to heating, cooling, roof leaks, structure issues, electrical problems, plumbing issues, etc.  Please be a specific as possible in terms of location (building & room number) as well as what the problem is.

Please do not use this system to report issues that your building custodian can repair in a few minutes.  One example would be a loose pencil sharpener.  Please report minor issues like this to your custodian.
